Orders & Payment
Order Minimum: $180
Orders can be placed by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the candle name and quantity desired.
We will email you an invoice at the email used to contact us; we accept all major credit cards, PayPal and e-Transfer payments.
All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment.
Suggested Retail Price for 13 oz candles: $45 / Wholesale Price: $30
Suggested Retail Price or 8 oz candles: $30 / Wholesale Price: $20
Pick-ups are available in Scarborough, free of charge. The pick-up address will be communicated via email when finalizing the invoice.
For drop-offs in Toronto, a $10 fee will be added to the invoice.
All items are shipped Canada Post Tracked Package. A shipping quote will be provided upon confirmation of quantity requested and shipping address.
Once payment has been received, orders take between 10 business days to fulfill unless otherwise notified. Please inquire for orders of over $400 as we may need more time.
Selling on Third Party Sites / Personal Purchases
To remain a reseller of By Meffo goods, the buyer must sell direct to consumer through a physical shop with or without a website owned & operated by the buyer and their company.
Selling By Meffo goods in the following ways is prohibited and may result in the refusal of accepting future orders:
Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.)
Drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.)
Classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
Selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers
Purchasing items for personal use.
Cancellations & Changes
As candles need time to set, we aim to commence fulfillment rapidly. We allow changes and cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Returns & Exchanges
We honour returns or exchanges if the items arrive damaged or are flawed in some way.
When reporting a defect in product, photographic proof of the defective product is required. You can email pictures and a brief description of the issue to email@example.com.
All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to discuss any potential issues. Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this timeframe.
Our buyers are welcome to use our existing product photos for website/promotional purposes. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive high-resolution photos.
Our candles do not come with individual packaging. For shipping, candles are bubble-wrapped and put into cardboard boxes.
Retailers must agree to and abide by wholesale terms outlined here. I reserve the right to refuse orders or terminate approved accounts that are not in compliance.
