Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only ship to Canada & the USA. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You may review your shipping rates by viewing your cart prior to checkout.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Orders are shipped using Canada Post and delivery time ranges between 1-3 business days for Canadian addresses and 7-10 business days for US addresses.
Orders and Returns
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped out, we can edit the shipping address for you. Just email bymeffo@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address, and you'll receive a confirmation email from us upon completion.
You can only cancel orders up to 24 hours after placing the order.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final and we are unable to offer returns and exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at bymeffo@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
We will assume the cost of return shipping and will provide instructions on how to return the item, and the refund process.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on USA orders, as our products are shipped from Toronto. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
